 Do you speak French?  I am currently taking a course in French. Generally speaking, French is similar to English. But I cannot understand French at all. The language is too difficult for me. For example, every noun in French has a gender. When I heard that, I thought, "Hey, what is this guy talking about? I thought, "Hey, what is this guy talking about?  To be honest, I have disliked the French language since I started learning it. Will there ever come a day when I will understand French? I will continue to study hard.

 The World Cup is now being held in Qatar. I had no expectations for the current Japanese national team before the World Cup started. At that time, my prediction was that Japan would be eliminated from the group stage. However, the Japanese team defeated the powerful German and Spanish teams in the group stage. Although they lost to Costa Rica, they made it through the group stage with an impressive record. Those games were enough to change my mind. Now that the Spain game is over, I am predicting that Japan will win the World Cup. This is no joke. I really believe they can win it after beating Germany and Spain. I am looking forward to the next match.

 I have never been much of a manga reader. Recently, however, I read "HUNTER x HUNTER" under the influence of a high school friend and a youtuber I like. I had only heard of the name. I didn't know much more than that, so I really enjoyed reading it.  But now I regret a little that I read "HUNTER x HUNTER. HUNTER x HUNTER" is a very famous manga because of its fun factor. At the same time, it is also famous for its long hiatus. It is currently being serialized, but it will be discontinued soon. I can't imagine how long we have to wait to read "HUNTER x HUNTER". I hope that one day I will be able to read the final story of "HUNTER x HUNTER".  By the way, my favorite character is Isaac Netero.If you like "HUNTER x HUNTER", please comment your favorite character!

 One night in the middle of the night when I was hungry, I tried to cook takikomi-gohan. I didn't have anything in the fridge, so I seasoned the rice with seasonings only. I didn't want to look up a recipe for takikomi-gohan, so I made my own seasoning. I put in a good amount of soy sauce, ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice), and consommé sauce.  Even before the rice was finished cooking, a sickening smell filled the room. The smell became more intense as the rice neared completion. I anxiously ate the finished rice, but it was not cooked. I tried my best to eat it, but finally I could not finish it. And I threw away a lot of rice. That was the first time in my life that I threw away food.  I vowed to always look at the recipe when I cook in the future.
